🔮 Which photos can I print in 3D?

All of them! Pick any digital photo from your favorite albums (Instagram, Facebook, Google Photos, Dropbox, etc.) or directly from your computer/phone storage.


🔮 How to get the best 3D effect?

The 3D effect can be applied to any photo, however, the effect can be more spectacular if the following is taken into account: 

  • If there is a great background - Depth effect comes from the combination of a focused subject (you or your loved ones) and a beautiful background (your garden, the Mount Rushmore).
  • If there are elements in the foreground - Maximise depth effect with elements that'll pop out of the frame!


🔮 I don't see Flip and Motion prints on the website. Is it normal
?

Yes. Only 3D products are available on the website. If you want to order Flip or Motion prints, just download the apps (iOS & Android).

We ship in +40 countries.

📦 How long is the shipping to the UE?

Production time is up to 48 hours (our photo lab isn't open on weekends).
Shipping time is 6-12 days with Delivengo.
Shipping time is 3-6 days with DHL Global Mail.
Shipping time is 2-3 days with express delivery (DHL Express).

Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your order's journey. 

 

📦 How much does the shipping cost to the UE?

The price of standard delivery is 6-9€.
The price of express delivery (2 days) is 21€.

 

📦 Is my order late because of Covid19?

Strict health regulations have been implemented in our factory, at customs as well as for our carriers. As a result, deliveries by DHL may be delayed. Your safety and well-being is most important to us, so we are following these regulations properly. Your Pops will take some more time to arrive, but, with tons of love and care poured over them.


📦 I want to return my order. What can I do?

As your Pops are personalised memories, you can't return them if you don't want them anymore.
However, if there was a printing problem from our lab or if your Pops are damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days. We'll offer you an immediate refund or reprint.


📦 I received my order but it is empty. Do you know why?

This is rare but it might happen due to shipping agents manipulation. If this happens to you, we'll offer you a refund or reprint.

 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from almost anywhere! We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Discover cards from 138 different countries.

We use Stripe as our payment processor to secure all payments on the website.


💳 What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in EURO. If you're ordering from abroad, your bank may also charge you small conversion fee for the transaction. Please check with your bank if you're concerned.
